摘要:

2025年7月2日,教育部办公厅印发《关于组织实施数字化赋能教师发展行动的通知》,明确提出,经过3至5年努力,教师数字素养全面提升,熟练应用数字化手段开展教育教学成为新常态。语言测评是外语教育教学中非常重要的一环,本文旨在探讨数字化赋能外语教师测评能力发展的有效路径。本文回顾了外语教师测评能力的概念,指出人工智能(AI)时代,该概念须拓展至AI技术基础、设计、数据分析和伦理意识等方面。AI技术在外语测评中的应用日益广泛,体现在提升效率、个性化学习、教学优化、多样化评测、无障碍性以及教师能力发展等方面。同时,AI也改变了语言测评命题,推动了形成性评价。但AI赋能也带来技术、文化、伦理和专业发展等挑战。教师应全面理解AI,提升数据分析能力,掌握测评工具,融入教学实践,并树立伦理意识。未来,教师测评能力将呈现多维度发展,包括跨学科测评、精准测评和以学习为导向的测评。

Abstract:

On July 2,2025,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Organizing and Implementing the Digital Empowerment Initiative for Teacher Development,which emphasized the need for comprehensive improvement in teachers’ digital literacy,making the proficient use of digital tools in teaching and learning the new norm.Language assessment,as a crucial component of foreign language education,plays a vital role in this context.This paper explores effective pathways for digitally empowering foreign language teachers’ assessment literacy.The study reviews the conceptualization of foreign language teachers’ assessment competence and argues for its expansion in the AI era to encompass foundational AI knowledge,assessment design,data analysis,and ethical awareness.AI technologies are increasingly being applied in language assessment,enhancing efficiency,enabling personalized learning,optimizing instruction,diversifying evaluation methods,improving accessibility,and fostering teacher professional growth.Simultaneously,AI has transformed language assessment practices,particularly in advancing formative assessment.However,AI-driven empowerment also presents challenges,including technological,cultural,ethical,and professional development issues.Teachers must develop a holistic understanding of AI,enhance data analysis skills,master assessment tools,integrate them into pedagogical practices,and uphold ethical principles.Looking ahead,teacher assessment competence is expected to evolve in multidimensional ways,incorporating interdisciplinary,precision-oriented,and learning-centered assessment approaches.
