在经济全球化的背景下，中国应积极参与全球语言治理的研究与实践，进一步提升中国在全球语言治理中的话语权和影响力。第三届全球语言治理论坛于2023年4月7日至9日在扬州大学成功举行，180余名学者围绕全球语言治理研究的方法和路径创新展开热烈讨论。主旨报告及分论坛主要探讨了世界大变局与语言变革的内在逻辑关系，提出了全球语言治理研究的新方法、新路径，以及国际组织语言治理对中文传播的启示。本次论坛将助推未来一段时间相关研究的发展和转型，促使学界积极参与全球语言治理，不断创新研究方法与路径，提升中文的国际地位和影响力。

In the context of economic globalization,China should actively participate in the research and practice of global language governance, further enhancing China's discourse power and influence in global language governance. The Third Global Language Governance Forum was successfully held at Yangzhou University from April 7th to 9th, 2023, with more than 180 scholars engaging in enthusiastic discussions on innovative methods and paths for global language governance research.The keynote speeches and sub-forums mainly explored the inherent logical relationship between the world's social change and language transformations,proposed new methods and paths for global language governance research, and discussed the implications of international organization language governance for the dissemination of the Chinese language. This forum will contribute to the development and transformation of the related researches, encourage the academia to actively participate in global language governance and continuously innovate research methods and paths, and thus enhancing the international status and influence of the Chinese language.
