学术外译是中国自主知识体系国际传播和对外话语体系构建的关键要素，学术外译人才已成为国家战略性需求。本文通过统计分析“中华学术外译项目”申报公告和立项数据，从学科、学术和话语方面梳理出学术外译人才培养的国家需求和实践困境。在此基础上，本研究从拓展学科建制、加强学术支持和创新话语体系三个维度建构学术外译人才培养体系，并从培养目标、阶段和模式上探讨其优化路径。本研究为中国自主知识体系国际传播人才培养提供参考，以促进学术外译人才培养质量提升，助力中华文化国际传播。

Academic translation from Chinese to foreign languages plays a pivotal role in the international communication of China’s self-constructed knowledge system and the construction of its international discourse system.Academic translation talents have become a strategic national demand.This study examines project announcements and funding results from the Translation Projects of Chinese Academics to identify both national needs and practical challenges in the cultivation of academic translation talent,focusing on disciplinary,academic,and discourse systems.On this basis,the paper proposes a framework for talent cultivation from three dimensions including expanding disciplinary structures,enhancing academic support,and innovating discourse systems.It further optimizes the training pathways in terms of objectives,stages,and models.This study provides a reference for the cultivation of talents in the international communication of China’s independent knowledge system,promotes the improvement of the quality of academic translation talent development,and contributes to the global communication of Chinese culture.
